Backyard Surprise.

This adorable couple invited all of their friends and family to join them at their backyard engagement party.  Surprise!  This little party was actually their wedding.  Looks like so much fun!  The bride wore her mother's vintage floral wedding dress.  We are swooning.  And can we please talk about those hanging florals?  We may have another DIY project to try out.

The Night Before.

Yes, it's true...we're kind of obsessed with all things wedding around here.  It's just so fun to think about your special day and playing dress-up.  We think you should use the entire wedding weekend as an excuse to doll yourself up.  The Rehearsal the night before the wedding is a fun occasion for you to pull out all the stops.  We've put together some fun party looks that we'd love to wear and think any girl would love to rock out the night before the big day.  And just think, your outfit can easily transform into a festive Saturday night-out look after the wedding fun is over.

Dresses we're lusting over...

blue dress, sequin dress, blush dress

Shoes we'd love to add to our closets...

glitter shoes, pink bow shoes, black studded shoes

And the entire jewelry line from J.Crew that we'd like to see in our own jewelry collections...

Dress Heaven.

We DIED when we saw this dress on Style Me Pretty yesterday.  The color and texture are blowing us away.  We love the non-white color.  We love the whimsical feel.  We love every little detail.  This girl is rocking it and we seriously can't stop staring!

Color Me Pretty.

What are we loving right now? Colored wedding dresses.  Whether just a hint of tint or all out, we love seeing color in the spring 2010 collections.

Not Matching, Done Right.

{Jill Thomas}

After seeing the above image from Rinda and James’ backyard wedding….we instantly feel in love with the idea of non-matching bridesmaid dresses.  Pick one color, or a color palate, and let your girls run wild and express their individual styles.  This will be one bridesmaid dress they will definitely be able to wear again.
